    2.0 Zoning Zoning is the partioning of a Fibre Channel fabric into smaller subsets to restrict device access and simplify management. Zoning can be used to seperate devices or segregate bandwidth across the fabric. The following is a basic overview of how to configure zoning. For more information please refer to Chapter 9: Administrative Advanced Zoning, in the Fabric OS Administrator’s Guide, that can be found on the documentation CD.
