    Important Safety Instructions Before using your new 7” Tablet, read this manual thoroughly. The safety precautions on the following pages, and throughout the manual, are designed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury when correctly followed. • Keep the manual, with relevant warranty information, your purchase receipt and the original packaging, in a safe place for future reference.

    Getting Started Power button • Long press to turn on. • When in power-on state, press to turn the screen on or off. • When in power-on state, long press to display the Power Off menu. Switch on/off • On: W hile in power-off state, press the power button for 2 seconds and the device will start up. • Off: P ress the power button for 2 seconds to see an options list. Choose to switch off. Turning on/off the screen • Off: A fter a period of inactivity the screen will automatically turn off to save battery power. This can be set using the ‘Sleep’ setting from the Display menu in the device settings menu.

    Getting Started (Cont.) Before first use Unpack the tablet but keep all packaging materials until you have made sure your new 7” Tablet is undamaged and on good working order. Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young children, so ensure all packaging materials are out of their reach.

    Getting Started (Cont.) Connecting to a PC • C onnect the USB cable to your PC, your computer will recognise the USB device in its settings. To transfer files, just drag and drop to the USB icon or send to the USB device. Connecting a USB device • USB devices, such as keyboard, are suppported through the USB port. • V iew media files on USB storage with installed photo, music or video applications. CAUTION: Before removing a USB storage device, make sure the tablet is not accessing data from the USB storage device.

Using a Micro SD card Inserting a Micro SD card You may install a Micro SD card to expand your device’s storage space. • Turn off the device by pressing and holding the power button. • Insert the Micro SD card as shown. NOTE: Ensure that the card is inserted all the way into the card slot.

After a few moments you will see a green robot with red exclamation (!) mark. Press and hold the power button, then while holding it, press the volume+ button once, then release the power button.

    Menus Press the settings icon to enter the settings menu. Wireless & Networks Wi-Fi: • Click ON or OFF to enable or disable Wi-Fi. When ON is displayed, Wi-Fi is enabled. When Wi-Fi is enabled, the system will scan automatically for a Wi-Fi signal.

Noise from Speaker • Check if the audio file is damaged. • I f the audio files are damaged, it may cause noise and a popping sound.
