    First Use of Your Dessert Maker  During transportation, the incline angle of the cabinet should not be over 45°. Do not turn the Ice cream maker upside down, especially when cleaning it. Problems could occur in the compressor and sealed system. ...
  • Page 4 Pour ingredients according to the selected recipe into the bowl. Chilled ingredients work better. Do not pour warm ingredients into bowl and do not overfill because ice cream will almost double in size as you mix it. Start the chilling process by pressing the ON/OFF button (11). PLEASE NOTE: The machine is equipped with a refrigeration safety device so the compressor and churner will start a few minutes after the machine has started.

    Maintenance:  Clean the machine frequently. When cleaning, unplug the unit and remove the ice cream. Use a diluted solution of water and vinegar to clean the inside and the outside surface of the Ice cream maker. Do not spray Ice cream maker with chemicals or diluted agents such as acids, gasoline or oil.
