Entering text

A keyboard appears automatically when you enter text to send messages, create memos, and
more.
Text entry is not supported in some languages. To enter text, you must change the
input language to one of the supported languages.
There are three text input methods available:
1
Google voice typing: allows you to enter text by speaking.
2
Samsung keyboard (default): Samsung's on-screen QWERTY keypad that can be used in
both portrait and landscape orientation.
3
Swype: a new way to enter text on touch screens. Instead of tapping each key, use your
finger to trace over each letter of a word.
