Limited Warranty
Bolt warrants that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year
from the original purchase date or thirty (30) days after replacement whichever occurs later (the "Warranty
Period"). Bolt's sole and exclusive responsibility with respect to this limited warranty shall be to repair or
replace, at its sole discretion, any Bolt product which fails during normal consumer use. This warranty does
not extend to Bolt products which are used with inappropriate components, with components not recommend
by Bolt, or not in accordance with the product instructions, or to damage or failure which results from misuse,
neglect, accident, alteration, abuse, improper installation or maintenance. Bolt shall not be responsible
for any incidental or consequential damages or lost profits arising out of the sale and use of its products
regardless of whether Bolt knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages. To obtain warranty
coverage during the Warranty Period, contact your place of purchase ("Seller") to obtain a return merchandise
authorization ("RMA") number, and return to Seller the defective product along with proof of purchase and the
RMA number. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights which
may vary from state to state.
