bonjour, J'ai un problème avec cet appareil, le problème est qu'elle ne démarre pas. J'ai vérifié la partie électrique, tout est bon : l'alimentation 220V et 24V, et les fusibles 6 fusibles, tout est bon. Mais la machine, elle ne s'allume pas. Salutation, merci d'avance.

If the ELGA Option-R 7 machine does not start despite having a good electrical supply and functioning fuses, possible reasons could include:

1. The mains power is not switched on.
2. The electrical connections are loose or not secured.
3. The feed water supply is not connected or is inadequate.
4. The reservoir is empty or not properly connected.
5. Operating temperature is outside the 1 to 35°C range, which can damage the unit.
6. The inlet water pressure is either too low (below 4.0 bar) or too high (above 6 bar) without a pressure regulator.
