Regulatory Information

Federal Communications Commission Radio and Televi-
sion Interference Statement for a Class B Device
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B
digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to
provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency
energy. If not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, the equipment
may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no
guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.

User Instructions

If this equipment causes interference to radio or television reception (which can be
determined by turning the equipment off and then on) the user is encouraged to try
to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into a different outlet so that the equipment and
receiver are on different branch circuits.
- Consult a dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by Motorola BCS
could void the user's warranty.

Operation Precautions

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this unit to
rain or moisture. Do not open the unit. Refer servicing to qualified personnel only.
CAUTION: To prevent electric shock, do not use the (polarized) plug with an
extension cord receptacle or other outlet unless the plug can be fully inserted,
preventing blade exposure.

Lightning Flash Icon. The lightning flash with arrowhead
symbol within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the
user to the presence of un-insulated "dangerous voltage"
within the product's housing which may be strong enough to
constitute a risk of electric shock to persons.
