- Page 4 PICTURE 5 PICTURE 4 PICTURE 6A STEP 4: See PICTURES 5, 6A, and 6B. Set the stroller frame aside and locate the CARRIER/PRAM UNIT (E). Take off the fabric boot and remove the fabric pad. Unfold the metal frame support bars inside and snap them under the plastic clips that are attached to the bottom board of the carrier (PART E).
