Installing the Batteries To install AAA size batteries for remote control: Remove the battery cover from the remote control and put two AAA size batteries inside the compartment. Basic Operation Time Shift Function Activate Time Shift by pressing [PAUSE] in Live TV Mode, Time Shift supports with record function up to 3 hours. Main Screen will be paused, a PIP of live TV shows up at the right bottom corner. A counter (shows up at the top left hand corner) to live appears telling how long the main screen is delayed from the live TV in PIP.
Recording Function Instant Recording Activate Instant Recording by pressing [REC] in Live TV Mode. Current watching channel will be recorded instantly, repeat to press [REC] for choosing timing (from 30 minutes to 240 minutes) During recording, you can change to watch other channels at your desire, recording will continue in the background.
Other Functions Open the MP3 menu by pressing [MENU] → [PVR] → [MP3 Music]. Three kinds of play modes are supported: shuffle, upward, downward (by default). Play MP3 by highlighting then press OK button on it, press MP3 again will stop its play. Note: Only .mp3 files are supported at present.
