Exercise # 4 ~ Obstacle Swerve:
From the start point accelerate straight up the path. Stabilize your
speed between 12 – 20 m.p.h. by the time you reach the first set of
cones. Maintain a steady speed.
When your front tire passes the second set of cones, swerve to the
left or right as directed.
This test will be timed in order to determine your speed.
You will lose points if you:
Stall during the exercise.
If a tire touches or crosses the obstacle line or sideline.
Swerve in the wrong direction.
