Troubleshooting Charts

Power Problems
Fault
Jukebox fails to operate at all when it is
plugged in and the blue power button has
been pressed
NOTE: Be sure all devices are connected per
primary Power Diagram
No cabinet lights or sound
Touchmonitor Problems
Fault
Monitor "Dead"
Cabinet lights on
Touch Screen does
not respond.
Symptom
LED' s on Amplifier all dark
LED' s on remote interface dark
Core fan not running
Application running on screen
Symptom
Nothing on the screen
Touch Screen not Calibrated
Calibration Routine Fails
Possible Cause
Main Power switch not on
Plug not in wall outlet or Distribution Box
Outlet "Dead"
"Tripped" Circuit Breaker on Power Box
Core not turned ON
Defective Core
Control cable not plugged into Power Box or
remote volume interface
Lights not plugged into "lighting" connector on
amplifier
Junction box on door not plugged in
Possible Cause
Monitor power cable not plugged into core.
Monitor not plugged into CORE Video
Output. (Dark blue connector)
Defective Monitor or Core
Run calibration routine by following the
procedure on page 11.
Serial Cable not plugged into Core or
Monitor ( Teal connector)
Liquid on the screen
Defective Touch Monitor
