    Device Name: The name of the device as it may display on the client end or on CMS, this would help the user to recognize the device remotely. Device ID: This ID is used to map the DVR with IR remote controller and speed dome cameras.

    DVR User Manual  The configuration steps for schedule for motion based recording are similar to normal Schedule setup. User can refer to 4.4.1 Schedule for details.     The power adapter could have gone bad, check with a good know adapter. b. The power from the adapter may not be enough for operating the DVR. Please use the power adaptor supplied along with the DVR. c. It could be a hardware problem.
