    SETUP Install or Replace Battery 1. Remove the battery compartment cover. 2. Pull the plastic tab below the battery (if applicable) to remove and discard the tab. 3. Insert 1 x 3V CR2032 lithium battery into the battery compartment, as shown.

    OPERATION Using the Scale Measure Weight 1. Place the scale on a flat, stable surface. 2. Press the " " button to power the scale ON. 3. Wait for the display to show "0:00". 4. Press the "M" (MODE) button to toggle between weighing modes*. Weighing modes include: STANDARD (default), WATER, MILK, OIL, FLOUR 5.
