the type of television you have.
If a programme broadcast in 16:9
is viewed on a 4:3 television, the
picture will be stretched vertically.
To avoid this, check "bandes noires
horizontales".
If a programme broadcast in 4:3 is
viewed on a 16:9 television and in an
equivalent format, the picture will be
stretched horizontally. To avoid this,
check "bandes noires verticales".
