Read the instruction carefully before use the unit. 3. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS TThe NPOWER Jumpstarter generates the high current up to 800A. Operating the Jumpstarter incorrectly or misusing it may damage the equipment or create hazardous conditions for the user.

WARNING: The NPOWER Jumpstarter contains components that tend to produce arcs or sparks. To prevent fire or explosion, do not operate the Jumpstarter in the compartments containing batteries or flammable materials, or in locations that require ignition-protected equipment.

12. Jumpstart power switch—It is a manual rotary switch. When you jump start a vehicle, you should turn off the switch and the vehicle engine connect the unit to the vehicle, then you can turn on the switch, you must pay attention to the operation process.
5. OPERATIONS The unit should be operated only in locations that meet the following requirements: Don’t allow water or other liquids to drop or splash on the unit. Ambient air temperature should be between -10℃ and Cool 40℃ (14℉and 104℉) – the cooler the better within this range.
The procedures to jump start a vehicle: (1). Turn off the vehicle and all accessories. (2). Place the NPOWER Jumpstarter on a flat and stable surface near the battery which need to be started. Ensure that the Jumpstart power switch is “OFF”.

Recharge the NPOWER Jumpstarter after each use. When not used the Jumpstarter, it should be recharged every 3 months! WARNING: Make sure that no 12V DC appliance connects to the NPOWER Jumpstarter during charging! Must not be used when the NPOWER Jumpstarter is charged!

WARNING: Fire Hazard The connection of the cables to the power source must be positive to positive (red clamp to battery “+”) and negative to negative (black clamp to battery “-“). A reverse polarity connection may cause damage to the unit and/or create a sparking/explosion hazard.
To recharge with the DC-to-DC charging cord: 1.Ensure that no DC or USB equipment is connected to the jumpstarter and that all switches and buttons on the jumpstarter are set to the OFF position. 2.Plug one end of the DC-to-DC charging cord into the 12 V outlet located on the front of the jumpstarter.
