5. Using the phone's LCD as a viewfinder, aim the camcorder
lens at your subject.

To change the brightness of the screen, press the up or
down navigation keys.
•
To zoom in or out, press the left or right navigation keys.
6. Hold the camcorder steady. To start the video, press

If you wish to save your video, press the left soft key
for Save. The video is stored in your Video Gallery. See
"Video Album" on page 88 for more details.

If you wish to send your video to someone via multimedia
messaging, press
in a new multimedia message. See "Sending Pictures via
Multimedia Messaging" on page 82 for more details.
•
If you wish to discard the current video, press the right
soft key

Camcorder Options

There are several settings associated with the camcorder that allow
you to customize how the camcorder operates when taking videos.
1. Start the camcorder. For more information, see "Taking
Videos" on page 86.
2. Press the right soft key
3. Press the number key corresponding to the desired option.
•
Movie Light: allows you to configure the operation of the
light: Off, On This Movie, or Always On.
•
Self-Timer: allows you to configure a timer for 5 Seconds
or 10 Seconds. Select Off to disable. To start the timer,
press
again.
for Send. Your video is embedded
for Reject. You can continue to take videos.
