    Troubleshooting If you encounter a problem with your Safety Turtle system, please follow the suggestions given below. The green On light is not lit. Make sure that the AC adapter supplied with the Base Station is plugged into a matching electrical outlet, wall switch is on, and that the adapter cord is plugged into the bottom of the Base Station.
