Trying to reverse door from right pivot to left pivot. I called service as stated in the manual. They were customer service, not technicians, and also from a foreign country. All they could provide was basic instructions that were on file; no real knowledge of the product. My problem is that when I move the bottom plate over to the left side, the holes do not line up unless the pivot pin is facing down. And I cannot reverse the pivot pin to face up. It looks like the pivot pin can be removed, but it is impossible to unscrew it.
