prohibited by local codes.
This appliance is only for use with the type
of gas indicated on the rating plate. This
appliance is not convertible for use with
other gases, unless a certified kit is used.
This appliance is a domestic room-heating
appliance. It must not be used for any other
purposes such as drying clothes, etc.
This appliance is suitable for installation in a
bedroom or bed sitting room.
Massachusetts: The piping and final
gas connection must be performed by a
licensed plumber or gas fitter in the State of
Massachusetts. Also, see Carbon Monoxide
Detector requirements under "Safety and
Warning Information" on page 5.

    Appliance Preparation Window & Release the spring bolts at top and bottom Log Pack of the window by pushing and turning 1/4 turn. Lift the window and set it aside in a safe place to avoid damage. Remove the log pack from inside the firebox and set it aside with the window.

    Owner’s Information Operating For your safety, this appliance is fitted with a flame supervision device which will shut- Your Stove off the gas supply if, for any reason, the pilot flame goes out. This device incorporates a fixed probe, which senses the heat from the pilot flame. If the probe is cool, the device will prevent any gas flow unless the MAN knob is in position MAN and the metallic core on the valve is pushed in.
