Video Recording One of the core features of MyBox is that it allows to record video streams from TV channels as well as from other sources like Camcorder, DVD player, etc. You would require an USB drive with FAT32 partition connected to MyBox to record the video stream.
MyBox automatically kick starts scheduled recording. Make sure to leave your STB and MyBox turned on. Record Schedules shall be executed even if the TV is switched off. If you are watching any other Programme, MyBox automatically tunes to the scheduled channel using IR blaster and starts the recording.

12.7 Using MyBox remote to control your STB You can use MyBox remote to control your STB through IR blaster. As a prerequisite, connect the IR blaster cable to the IR out of MyBox and place the other end near the IR receiver of STB.
Select a key and follow the instructions shown in the interface to ‘Learn’. Repeat this process for all Fig. 12.8 the listed keys (0-9, CH+, CH-, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, ENTER, EXIT, EPG, FAV). 12.8 Changing MyBox General Settings You can access the general settings through My Setup ==> General Attributes...
Through MyBox advanced settings, you change Pin and restore to factory settings. To access this advanced settings you would require a pin. By default, MyBox uses 0000 as its factory settings pin for access. Enter this number as the Pin.
