The cold produced by the battery-type evaporator, which is located (behind evaporator shield) in the Zero
Degree compartment, is introduced first into the Zero Degree compartment and then into the refrigerator
compartment by a fan located behind fan housing.
Air is drawn in by this fan (located at the top of the cell), flows through the ducts, and descends to reach the
battery-type evaporator. The cold air leaves the bottom of the battery-type evaporator, strikes the two drawers in
the Zero Degree compartment, and is pushed up through the space between the separator and the door to
reach the refrigerator compartment.
