    Using your Steam Iron 1. Remove the plastic protective cover from the sole plate of the iron and clean with a soft, damp cloth. 2. Select the ironing temperature for the desired (as instructed by the manufacturers instructions) item being pressed and align the corresponding fabric type marked on the temperature control knob, with the arrow marked on the housing (just in front of the knob).
