Grinding
Follow these tips for best results:
Only use the included meat push stick when
feeding food into the grinding head. Do NOT
push food into the throat with your fingers—
they could easily be cut or severed! Also,
never use metal utensils because these
could damage the grinder.
To grind meat:

Note: The I/II switch only allows forward or
reverse operation when "I" or ""II" is selected
correctly. The "I" position is used when the
ON/OFF/R switch is turned ON. The "II" posi-
tion is used when the ON/OFF/R switch is
turned to "R" for reverse operation.

Tip: To avoid overheating the motor, let it
cool for 10 minutes after every 10 minutes of
continuous use.
