Do not leave the cover open if the player is not being used for a long time. Exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat (such as inside a parked car for more than 2 hours) may cause damage or malfunction.

Power Sources Using Batteries: Insert two 1.5V AA batteries into the battery case. Note: Your player will be damaged if you try to charge non-rechargable batteries. Take batteries (non-rechargable) out when the external power is being used. Remove batteries if the player is not going to be used for a long time. Do not mix new batteries with old ones.
