2.5.2 To Copy a Caller ID Record to the Phone Book
Press SCROLL buttons to select the desired CLID record.
Press SELECT button to enter editor mode.
Use SCROLL buttons or DELETE button to edit the number if necessary.
Press the SELECT button to save the CLID phone number and enter the CLID
name editor mode.
Use SCROLL buttons or DELETE button to edit the name if necessary.
Press the SELECT button to save the CLID record into the phone book.
2.5.3 To Copy the Last Dialed Number to the Phone Book
Press the REDIAL/PAUSE button. The last number dialed will be shown on
the LCD.
Press SELECT button to enter editor mode.
Use SCROLL buttons or DELETE button to edit the number if necessary.
Press SELECT button again.
Use SCROLL buttons or DELETE button to edit the name if necessary.
Press SELECT button again to save the record.
2.5.4 To Review the Phone Book
Press the MENU button once. The display will show PHONE BOOK XX,
where XX denotes the number of phone book records stored.Use SCROLL
buttons to scroll through the phone book records. The records will be dis-
played in alphabetical name order.
2.5.5 To Search for a Contact
Press MENU button once. The display will show PHONE BOOK XX, where XX
denotes the number of phone book records stored.Use the keypad letters to
enter the first letter of the name you require (or the full name) then press
SELECT button.
2.5.6 To Dial a Number in the Phone Book
When the desired phone book record appears on the display, pick up the hand-
set or press HEADSET/OHD button to activate the call.
