ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Tools required:
-Spanner set with metric measurements from 7mm to 17mm
-Philips head screwdriver
-Flat head screwdriver
-Allen key set
-Air pump, hand or foot for tyre inflation.
-Torque wrench to ensure correct torque as specified in maintenance
section of this manual.
1. Remove bicycle and all components from box and lay on a soft
surface (old carpet or on top of cardboard box).
2. Attach front wheel into forks. Ensure brake is on front side of
forks as shown below:

  • Page 2 BRENNER BICYCLES - OWNERS MANUAL 3. Insert handlebars and using allen key tighten head set and handle bars firmly. Observe minimum insertion lines on headset. 4. Attach front mud guard to front wheel as shown below, fit front reflector at the same time.
  • Page 3 6. Attach rear rack at the provided four points. 7. Fit reflectors and bell. 8. Install pedals. WARNING: Your bicycle comes with a left and right side pedal. Only fit the correct pedal to the correct side (shown next page).
  • Page 4 12. Inflate tyres to rating recommended on tyre wall. 13. Have bicycle thoroughly checked by professional bicycle mechanic before riding. SEAT NOTE: Seat may be dented during shipping, allow some days and some use for seat foam to regain original shape.

While seated on the saddle the riders knee should be slightly bent when the crank is at it’s lowest point (Closest to the ground).

    BRENNER BICYCLES - OWNERS MANUAL MAINTENANCE Keeping your bicycle clean will extend it’s life and ensure all parts are working correctly. Lubrication – This bicycle requires regular lubrication. Frequency of lubrication will depend on the amount of use. As a guide, external moving parts should be oiled monthly and internal moving parts greased annually.

    This is particularly important where this bicycle is to be used by children. If the forks are replaced on this bicycle they must have the same rake and tube inner diameter as those originally fitted.
