IFSYS-7000 IrDA
The IFSYS -7000 is designed to be used as an add on peripheral IC for any

SIR IrDA compliant optoelectronic transceiver. It is ideally suited to
applications requiring low cost and low power communication based on the
TM
IrDA standard. IFSYS-7000 does not require an external crystal; it utilizes
a 16X clock from the host system to provide the 16X baud rate clock for both
encoding and decoding, using infrared pulse widths of 3/16
iFoundry's IFSYS-7000 supports the full complement of IrDA
rates, from 9,600 bps right up to 115,200bps.

input.
Small form factor 8-pin SOP package.
