    Before First Use Remove all packaging materials from your EZ Bean Cooker . Take the inner cooking pot out and remove and discard any protective paper or materials . Remove any promotional labels from the cooker . DO NOT REMOVE ANY SAFETY STICKER WARNINGS FROM LID.

However, dry beans are a raw agricultural product and their moisture content may vary depending upon the region the beans came from, the time of year, and the age of the bean .
