Hi, caravan's satellite won't lock on to a satellite. My unit is showing "Show Mode" in the display - what does this mea? In addition, the search button will open the dish but won't do any of its other functions when I push the search button a second or third time. After contacting Satking and Coast to Coast this morning I have competed a software update to V3.0S. Help!!
