At the end of cooking: automatic keep warm function • At the end of cooking, the appliance automatically goes into KEEP WARM mode. • This setting makes it possible to keep your dish warm at a temperature of about 158°F once the cooking itself is finished.

Transporting the slow cooker • Always move the slow cooker with the lid closed. • If you wish to move the slow cooker while the keep warm function is on, you just need to unplug it. You then have up to 10 minutes to plug it in again. It will then restart in keep warm mode.
