Preparing Unit For First Use • Fill engine crankcase with oil. A 20oz. bottle has been provided with this unit. A new unit requires 18-20oz. DO NOT OVERFILL. • Fill the engine fuel tank with gasoline. GASOLINE SHOULD BE ADDED OUTSIDE IN A WELL-VENTILATED AREA.

Each trimmer has its own model number. Each engine has its OWNER’S own model number. The model number for the trimmer will be found on the left hand side of the motor base. The model MANUAL number for the engine will be found on the top of the blower fan housing.
