Internet Explorer When using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 9, the hardware acceleration must be turned off if you want to run Ocularis-X Client in windowed mode (as opposed to full screen/maximized). To disable graphics acceleration in IE9: Open Internet Explorer.
PPAPI plug-in Logging In to Ocularis-X Prior to accessing Ocularis-X, you are presented with a log in screen. Enter your login information as follows: User Name A user account is required to gain access to system video. This account is your Ocularis account and may be used to access video via Ocularis-X Client or Ocularis Client.

Viewing Live Video Ocularis-X video is displayed through the use of a view. Each user creates his or her own views. Once views are created, they may be accessed by the user each time they use Ocularis-X. The last view displayed will be presented to the user upon the next log in.

Digital Zoom You may use digital zoom on any camera image. Draw a rectangle over the zoom area by drawing a diagonal line. Release the mouse to perform the zoom.
Controls appears along with the date and timestamp of the displayed video. Browse mode in Ocularis-X displays all cameras synchronously. Actions performed with the playback controls apply to all visible video panes. For instance, playing video from 6:00 a.m. will result in all panes playing video from 6:00 a.m.
