Thank you for buying the Centrios Wrist Type Blood Pressure
Monitor. The blood pressure monitor applies the Oscillometric method
to automatically measure the blood pressure with the push of a button.
The last reading is stored in memory for quick comparison. The
supplied storage case protects the monitor when traveling or not in
use.
The blood pressure monitor's features include:
Large Display — lets you view the systolic, diastolic and pulse rates
at the same time.
Automatic Inflation and Deflation — inflates and deflates the cuff at
optimum pressure level.

INSTALLING BATTERIES
Your blood pressure monitor requires two AAA batteries (sold
separately) for power. For the best performance and longest life, we
recommend alkaline batteries. Warning: Dispose of old batteries
promptly and properly. Do not burn or bury them.
Cautions:
• Use only fresh batteries of the required size and recommended
type.
• Do not mix old and new batteries, different types of batteries
(standard, alkaline), or rechargeable batteries of different
capacities.
• If you do not plan to use the blood pressure monitor for a month
or more, remove the batteries. Batteries can leak chemicals that
can destroy electronic parts.
1. Push the raised arrow on the back of the monitor all the way out
in the arrow direction to remove the cover.
2. Insert two AAA batteries in the compartment as indicated by the
polarity symbols (+ and –) marked inside.
For easy placement or removal of the batteries, place the
batteries over the battery removal strip as shown.
3. Insert the tab on the cover into the hole inside the battery
compartment, then press the cover in to snap it in place.
When the display dims or the batteries weaken,
lower left of the display. Replace the batteries.

MEASURING THE BLOOD PRESSURE
Press START/STOP. The blood pressure monitor sounds a long
beep. All display segments and the last measurement reading appear
briefly. The systolic rate rests to
until the systolic rate on the monitor reaches 180 mmHg or the last
systolic rate reading, and the monitor beeps twice. During the
measurement, the systolic rate varies,
pressure monitor beeps at the same rate as your heartbeat. Then the
cuff deflates slowly and the blood pressure monitor sounds a long
beep to display the systolic, diastolic and the pulse rates.
When the measurement is completed, press START/STOP or wait for
2 minutes to turn off the blood pressure monitor. You also can stop
measurement any time by pressing START/STOP.
Notes:
• Relax but do not talk or change the gesture during the
