Please keep this manual for future reference. The Stellar Labs Model 33-12550 set consists of a transmitter and receiver. The transmitter converts and combines the HDMI, Ethernet and Remote Control signals into an HDBaseT signal, and transmits it over conventional Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cable.

Because the extender can reach distances of up to 100 meters, it also solves the problem of reliable HDMI signal transmission over long distances. - Page 7 DC/5V Located on the rear panel of each unit is the input for the 5V AC Adaptor. The AC adaptors should not be connected to a power source until all other connections are made. HDMI Ports The TRANSMITTER has the HDMI input, which will come from the high definition media source, such as a DVD or BluRay player, digital cable box or satellite receiver.
- Page 8 HDBaseT Ports The units are connected together via a Cat5e or Cat6 cable, which can be up to 100m (328’) in length, and inserted into the HDBaseT ports. This single Cat55/6 cable will carry all high definition video, digital audio, Ethernet and IR signals.

- Page 10 POWER Each unit has a red LED indicator, confirming that power is connected to the unit. LED (1) and (2) The green LED’s labeled 2, confirms the connection between the two units, via the Cat5e/6 cable connected to the HDBaseT ports. The green LED labeled 1 confirms the presence of an HDMI signal.

Simply plug the emitter into this port, and position it near the video source device (such as a digital cable box). Now the IR remote control, provided with the cable box, can be used in the remote location, near the television monitor, to control the cable box.
