Changing a Contact's Group Assignment
Edit a contact's Group field to change the group assignment.
1. From the Home screen, press the Left Soft Key
Menu Contacts
2. Use the Directional Key to highlight a contact,
and then press the Left Soft Key
3. Use the Directional Key to highlight the Group field,
and then press the Left Soft Key
4. Use the Directional Key to highlight groups, and then
press MARK to mark or un-mark groups for
assignment.
5. When you finish marking groups, press the Left Soft
Key Done to save the changes.
6. Press SAVE to save the contact entry.

Sending a Message to Group Members
Send a message to all members of a group at once.
1. From the Home screen, press the Left Soft Key
Menu Contacts
2. Use the Directional Key to highlight a group, and
then press VIEW to display it.
3. Press the Right Soft Key
New Message.
4. The new message opens with the cursor positioned in
the Text field. Continue creating the message. For
