The Peak PKC01MB light may not be working due to issues with its charging system. It uses a recessed plug that makes it difficult to connect to a power source, requiring a dedicated cord. If the battery is not fully charged or has been left discharged for too long, it may be permanently damaged, preventing the light from working. Also, one review mentions the unit was "dead on arrival," indicating possible defects.
