Grinder hasn’t been used in a long time. How do I get the white grinding surface off to clean out reservoir
To clean the reservoir and remove the white grinding surface from a Diamond Tech International Power Max II grinder:

2. Use the drain hole in the grinder box to allow water to flush through when cleaning.
