Step 5 – Load Cylinder Housing onto Post Lay Bucket inside of Base and screw on large nut. Tighten with Philips screwdriver. Load Cylinder Housing onto Post. Slide Cylinder Housing down. For improve the stability , please fill the bucket with Sand. -
