    Troubleshooting No Power Make sure the AC Power Adapter is connected. Check all connections. Make sure batteries positive and negative are inserted properly. NOTE: When using the AC POWER Adapter, batteries are not needed. No Sound Check all connections. Check the volume setting on the microphone and the TV.
