Remove the worm connector ball guide clamp
screws and lockwashers. Remove guide clamp,
as shown in Figure 22. Using care to avoid
losing any of the worm balls, carefully remove
the ball guide from the worm connector. Worm
balls are a select fit with each other. If any of
them are damaged and require replacing, it is
recommended that a complete set (40) be
installed.
