Since router has firewall
function itself, PCs from
WAN hasn't been able to
access LAN server through
router's firewall under default
settings. Therefore,
contradiction comes up. On
one hand, router has to
protect LAN from attack. On
the other hand, it should let
the legal users access LAN
conveniently. To solve this
contradiction, the router
provides Virtual Server
function. Virtual Server
defines a service port. All
external requests to access
this port will be re-oriented to
