Low Battery Indication As the battery becomes depleted, the light will step down to 50% of its previous brightness. This process repeats as the battery weakens. The battery should be replaced before the light reaches the lowest brightness level. Installing a New Battery Unscrew the battery compartment at the head or the button cap.
