Programming: User Menu The grinder has a programming keypad which allows the user to program both single and double servings quickly. It is also possible to program the work mode: PREGRIND: after filling a serving, leave the next serving pre-ground. INSTANT: grind the coffee serving right when you need it.
8.3 Programming work mode It is possible to select the mode in which the Q9 grinder dispenses ground coffee: either the Pre-grinding mode or the Instant mode. PREGRIND: coffee is already ground for the next coffee. INSTANT: coffee is ground at the time of requesting it. Nota: We recommend the Pregrind mode to maximize the grinder´s efficiency.
If the blinking message “Grdr” appears on the display screen, this means Technical Service must be called to change the grinder blades. The factory default number is 150,000 coffee servings.
