Installation Once unpacked, set up the machine in the desired location (an electrical plug is required), making sure it is on a stable surface. Programming: User Menu The grinder has a programming keypad which allows the user to program both single and double servings quickly. It is also possible to program the work mode: PREGRIND: after filling a serving, leave the next serving pre-ground. INSTANT: grind the coffee serving right when you need it. -

8.3 Programming work mode It is possible to select the mode in which the Q9 grinder dispenses ground coffee: either the Pre-grinding mode or the Instant mode. PREGRIND: coffee is already ground for the next coffee. INSTANT: coffee is ground at the time of requesting it. Nota: We recommend the Pregrind mode to maximize the grinder´s efficiency. -

To use the programming panel on the Quality Espresso Q9 series:
1. Programming a Single Serving:
- Access the programming menu.
- Adjust the coffee grind time as needed.
- To reduce the serving volume, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
