    The Quick Robotic Light Weight Torch gives the consumer the same quality that is expected from all Tweco series torches, with close to half the weight and a significant reduction in size.

    Quick ROBOtics light weight tORch INSTALLATION AND DISASSEMBLY 3.01 Installation 1. Remove the torch and cable assembly from the carton, and lay the assembly in a straight and untwisted position on a workbench or floor. 2. Check to ensure all items, shown in Figure 1 are located and identified.

    Quick ROBOtics light weight tORch 16. Trim the conduit extending from the front of the conductor tube assembly by following the steps below: • Method “A” – Using a tape measure or scale, mark and cut the conduit to the cut length (1 5/16").

The end of this cable extends approximately 1ft. (.3m) out of the rear case and comes standard with a 9-pin amp plug.

    Quick ROBOtics light weight tORch Contact tips and nozzles should be cleaned frequently. Spatter buildup may cause bridging between nozzle and tip. This could cause electrical shorting between the nozzle and work piece as well as restricting gas flow. Regularly inspect the conductor tube, torch and cable assembly for abrasions, cuts and undue wear.
