5. Remote access program: This chapter discusses the remote control ability of the DVR. Users with authorities are able to access live video and recorded video from remote site via remote access program- Net finder to find the related DVR. Then, users can directly use the IE browser to get into the DVR Network setting.
5.2 How to use the net finder to link with DVR At first, choose the Network setting; please fulfill the related setting on the suggested items. After finished the setting, please choose “OK”. Then, please search DVR and the IP address of DVR will be shown on the list. Then please click the mouse two times to link with DVR.
5.3 Remote Access through Internet Explorer: While open the IE, you key in the IP address/ DDNS name after press Enter, the DVR will ask the information of user name and password. *NOTE: Please download the Active-X in advance, otherwise, the video cannot be seen.
