    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 Attach (23) plastic legs stand to (19) cart left panel as illustrated. STEP 2 Line up (26) caster to the bottom hole of (22) cart right panel, and fix them with M10 x 75 bolt, Ø10 washer and M10 nut. Then attach (21) caster cap to the caster.
  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3 Line up (19) cart left panel to (25) cart bottom panel, and fix them with two ST5 x 8 bolts. REPEAT the same procedure to install (22) cart right panel. STEP 4 Attach (20) cart front panel onto (19 & 22) cart left & right panels with four ST5 x 8 bolts.
  • Page 13 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 5 Place (24) cylinder fixing hook on (25) cart bottom panel as illustrated STEP 6 Carefully place the grill body assembly onto the cart assembly as illustrated, fix them with four M5 x 12 bolts, two on each side.
  • Page 14 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 7 Install (8) left side shelf assembly onto (9) main grill body assembly with two M5 x 12 bolts at the positions of A & B as illustrated. REPEAT the same procedure to install (11) right side shelf. STEP 8 Remove two pre-installed M4 x 8 bolts from (18) side burner.

NOTE: Adjust the distance between the Ignition Pin and Flame Orifice to be 3~5mm in case of ignition failure. STEP 10 Attach (27) handle with hook onto (8) left side shelf assembly with two M6 nuts and two Ø6 washers...
  • Page 16 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 11 Attach (13) cylinder fixing wire to the bottom of (9) main grill body assembly with two M5 x 12 bolts. Install (14) grease cup onto (12) grease cup hanger, and place it at the bottom of (9) main grill body assembly. STEP 12 Open the lid, place (5) flame tamer into the grill body.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS USING THE GRILL Grilling requires high heat for searing and proper browning. Most foods are cooked at the “IGNITE/MAX” heat setting for the entire cooking time. However, when grilling large pieces of meat or poultry, it may be necessary to turn the heat to a lower setting after the initial browning.
