Charging the PowerNOW! 10000
Please make sure that your PowerNOW! 10000 is fully charged
before first use. To charge your PowerNOW! 10000, plug the
Micro-USB Adapter into the round end of the USB Charging Cable
and then plug the Micro-USB Adapter into the Micro-USB Charg-
ing port on the top of your PowerNOW! 10000. Plug the flat end
of the USB Charging Cable into the AC Power Adapter and then
plug the AC Power Adapter into a standard wall plug. The last digit
of the Battery Level Readout flashes while the unit is charging. The
unit is fully charged when the Battery Level Readout shows "100."
NOTE: You can also charge your PowerNOW! 10000 by plugging
the USB Charging Cable into the USB port on a computer but it
will charge much faster using the AC Power Adapter.
Charging a Smartphone, Camera, or Other Device
To charge a smartphone or similar device with the PowerNOW!
10000, plug the device into either of the USB Output Ports and
press the Power Button on the front of the PowerNOW! 10000.
The Battery Level Readout will come on, showing the percent of
power remaining in the PowerNOW! 10000. When the device is
fully charged, the Battery Level Readout will turn off. You may
charge two smartphones at one time by plugging one into each
USB Output Port.
Charging a Tablet
To charge a tablet with the PowerNOW! 10000, plug the device
into USB Output Port 2 and press the Power Button on the front
of the PowerNOW! 10000. The Battery Level Readout will come
on, showing the percent of power remaining in the PowerNOW!
10000. When the device is fully charged, the Battery Level
Readout will turn off. If you plug the tablet into USB Output Port
1, it MAY NOT CHARGE. USB Output Port 1 does not provide
strong enough power output to charge most tablets. You can
charge a smartphone or similar device using USB Output Port 1
while a tablet is charging on USB Output Port 2.
