Install Batteries Insert two AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment according to the polarity symbols (+ and –) marked inside. Battery Notes: • If the low battery indicator flashes when you operate the keyboard, replace the batteries. • Dispose of batteries promptly and properly. Do not burn or bury them. • Use only fresh batteries of the required size and type. Do not mix old and new batteries, different types of batteries (alkaline, or rechargeable), or rechargeable batteries of different capacities. • If you do not plan to use the keyboard for some time, remove the batteries. Batteries can leak chemicals that can damage electronic parts.
Plug In the Receiver 1. Turn on your computer. 2. Plug the receiver into your computer’s USB port. Your keyboard and receiver will automatically pair after 5 – 10 seconds. Auto sleep If you leave the keyboard idle for 5 minutes, it will automatically enter sleep mode. Press any key to exit. Note: See your operating system’s online help for additional information about keyboard configuration and use.
