Initial Configuration The DA1004 On-Q 4 Port Router/Switch is typically configured in one of two ways; (1) From a portable PC connected through one of the Local Switch Ports on the Router/Switch Module in the enclosure, or (2) From a PC in one of the rooms of the house, connected through an outlet in the room to the enclosure where it is patched to (or directly connected to) one of the Local Switch Ports (see Figure 3).
V. Advanced Configuration If you used the Wizard to configure the On-Q DA1004 4 Port Router/Switch, you do NOT need to configure anything else for you to start using the Internet.
