OK the changes, and then click on "Start Call" in the previous
dialogue.
Your phone should ring and then, when you pick it up, the far end will
start to ring. You can then complete the call and hang in the normal
way once complete.
Troubleshooting
If the phone fails to ring when a call is placed, there may be a number
